Craving for Blood

Carol was unknowing, when she ran home from school

That today was a day, to become very cruel

For today was the day, her heart would stop

Her blood would not run and her eyes would pop

‘Cause just when she reached, her deserted house

Something stood waiting, quiet as a mouse

When she was about to open the door

They grabbed her and she screamed her throat sore

The next thing she knew, everything was dark

She heard nothing but a distant bark

She opened her eyes and looked around

Only to realize her hands were bound

She appeared to lie in a big wooden chest

And, although panicked, she tried her best

To claw her way out, of her wooden cage

And meanwhile she was filled with an uncontrollable rage

Finally she did it: She was finally free

And she tried to breathe and she tried to see

Where she was and where she’d been

Only to realize she had bruises on her chin

And that her lungs did not seem to work

And slowly, slowly she saw something lurk

She turned around rapidly and behold what she saw

A creature of evil, beautifully raw

“Welcome” it said, with a harsh light voice

And she replied, without any choice

“I beseech thee master, and I thank thy soul

Let me serve you, and your heart black as coal”

Carol was dead, but yet she could talk

She could move and think, and she was pale as chalk

She knew nothing of that had happened to her

She only knew

She had a craving

For blood

Idag fick vi godis av vår grammatiklärare. Det var trevligt. Jag hade tänkt att åka på dans aerobics idag, men jag känner mig inte helt kry, så jag stannar nog hemma och läser/pluggar istället. Kan träna imorgon.
